Service Description
A free 15min Discovery Call to discuss if working with Sure Sleep would be beneficial for your family. This is not a support call but one to discuss different offerings and how they can help you with your little one's sleep.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your 1:1 sleep support service. A 50% portion of the payment is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, a refund of the remaining balance will be issued if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service. Once the 1:1 sleep support has commenced, refunds will not be issued. However, in cases of illness or personal circumstances, the service may be paused and resumed within one month of the original start date.
